• Repair and replace peripheral equipment (e.g. printers, modems, terminals)
• Adhere to and promote Health & Safety best practices
• Mentor junior staff and support training on supported systems
• May work in a call centre environment when required
Requirements:
• A diploma or higher qualification in Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ICT or telecommunications support
• Proven experience with VoIP platforms (e.g. 3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk, Grandstream)
• Understanding of SIP, RTP, QoS, NAT, and firewall rules for VoIP
• Experience with telco CRMs and service platforms
• API integration knowledge (especially CRM or telco provisioning tools)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and cloud-based project tools (e.g. Trello, ClickUp)
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and client-facing
• Be available for 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours
• Must have own reliable transport to travel to client sites
Benefits:
• Be part of a 100% Kiwi-owned company with real impact and momentum
