    You’ll get a security text from 2542. Reply YES within 2 hours to confirm the port.

You don’t need to cancel with your provider—we’ll handle the transfer. Final bills may be issued by your previous provider.
For eSIM users

Finding your ICCID number

ICCID is the SIM card number. It’s usually 19–20 digits and typically starts with 89.

Mobile number porting

Once we’ve submitted your port, you’ll receive a security text to confirm.

  • Text arrives from 2542. Reply YES within 2 hours to approve.
  • No reply or reply NO → port is cancelled automatically.
  • This keeps your number secure and prevents unauthorised transfers.
Keep your current service active until we confirm completion.

Important to know

  • Your services must be active with your current provider for the transfer to complete.
  • Do not request a disconnection—Scott Mobile manages the transfer.
  • Check for any early exit fees or remaining contract obligations with your provider.
  • Final bills may be issued by your previous provider after the switch.
  • For Fibre services, cancellations must be received before 1:00 pm the day prior to the scheduled transfer date.
  • Transfer requests cannot be cancelled on the day of transfer.

What happens next

We verify your details and coordinate the transfer with your current provider. If everything checks out, services move on the agreed date and you’ll receive a confirmation message when complete.
