• Provide or reconfirm the email address already recorded on your account.
• Change your bank account, direct debit or payment details.
• Send passwords, login credentials, PINs, OTPs or other sensitive information through an unsolicited link.
• Follow payment or account-change instructions from an unverified personal email address or mobile number.
