How to enable VoLTE

Check coverage, confirm compatibility, update software, then switch it on.

Ensure you’re in our 4G or 5G coverage area.

2) Confirm device compatibility

Most recent iPhone and Android models support VoLTE. Some devices sourced overseas may need carrier settings to expose the VoLTE toggle.

3) Update software

Install the latest iOS/Android updates and carrier settings, then restart your phone while in good coverage.
